Clifton
Springs/Clyde Alvin M. Stickles entered into rest on
February 20, 2008 at the age of 72.
There will be no prior calling hours. A private
memorial service will be held for the family.
Alvin was born on January 12, 1936 the son of the
late Edward and Ada Paull Stickles.
He retired after 35 years from Elder Lee Co. in
Oaks Corners. Alvin was a member of Local Teamsters
Union #118.
It is suggested that memorial donations may be made

14532.
Alvin is survived by his loving wife of 38 years
Mildred Snyder Stickles of Clifton Springs.
Devoted son Adam (Jessica) Stickles of Phelps.
Twin brother Melvin E. (Lucille) Stickles of Clyde
Brother Edward D. (Phyllis) Stickles of Orange Park
FL
Sister Mary E. Moyer of Phelps.
Sister in law Anne Marie Stickles of East Lansdowne
PA
Several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and a brother
Paul K. Stickles Sr.
Funeral Arrangements have been made with the Cheney
Funeral Home 70 Main Street Phelps.
