Phelps, Edward A. Cook age 64 of 11 Banta Street died on Thursday December 6, 2007 at Rochester General Hospital.

Friends may call on Sunday from 2-4PM at the Cheney Funeral Home 70 Main Street Phelps. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11AM at the United Church of Phelps with the Rev. A.J. Tierson officiating. Private burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.

Mr. Cook was born on August 13, 1943 the son of the late Stanleigh and Adelaide Benson Cook. He was a member of the United Church of Phelps.

Mr. Cook was a School Psychologist for Wayne Fingerlakes Boces in Rushville. He enjoyed playing the guitar, reading, watching football and also enjoyed writing and was in the process of writing an Autobiography.

It is suggested that in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made to the Wayne ARC 150 VanBuren St. Newark NY 14513.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years Vicci Cook of Phelps.
