Clifton
Springs, Bronwen “Brownie” (Feeley) Chapman the
worlds best Nonnie, passed away peacefully on November
15, 2007 at the Clifton Springs Hospital.
Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2-4 and
7-9PM at the Cheney Funeral Home 70 Main Street,
Phelps. A funeral mass to celebrate Brownies’ life
will be held on Monday at 9:30AM at St. Dominic’s
Catholic Church in Shortsville, with the Rev. Donald
Curtiss officiating. Burial will be in St. Agnes
Cemetery.
Brownie was born on January 29, 1945 in Rochester,
New York the daughter of the late Frederick and Jane
Hoffman Feeley. She was a past member of the Clifton
Springs Country Club for over 20 years and served on
the advisory board for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Most
importantly is Brownie was very proud of being a
Grandmother.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made
to The Comfort Care Room (1423) at Clifton Springs
Hospital 2 Coulter Road Clifton Springs, NY 14432.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years James
Chapman, her daughters Holly Chapman and Heidi
Chapman, her beloved granddaughter Rebecca, sister
Sandra Whyte and several nieces and nephews.
