Clifton Springs, Elaine Canne age 58, died on Saturday November 3, 2006 at the Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic with her family by her side.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-7PM at the Cheney Funeral Home 70 Main Street Phelps. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday at 10 Am in St Francis Church in Phelps. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Clifton Springs.

Elaine was born on August 31, 1948 in Boston, Mass the daughter of the late Harold and Eleanor Vogel Seager. Elaine graduated with honors in 1983 from FLCC as a Registered Nurse. She went onto work for National Medical Care in Geneva and Clifton Springs Hospital ICU. Unable to continue her nursing career, she gave full attention to caring for her most important possession, her family, nurturing 3 daughters 6 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her grandson Alan Louis Bellomo and her nephew Chad Pappert
