George E. Lead age 69 of Carpenter Lane in Penn Yan died on Thursday November 8, 2007 at Geneva General Hospital.

Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday November 17, at 11 AM at the United Church of Phelps with the Rev. A.J. Tierson officiating. Burial will be held at the conveinence of the family in Lakeview Cemetery in Penn Yan.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the United Church of Phelps 58 Main Street Phelps, NY 14532

He is survived by his brothers Harold (Nancy) Lead of Newark

Walter (Marion) Lead of Phelps

Cousin Daniel (Alberta) Henries of Penn Yan and several nieces,nephews and cousins.
