Phelps, Kenneth Bruce Burgett age 68 of 11 Mary Street died unexpectedly on Tuesday January 31, 2006 at his home.

There will be no prior calling hours. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Tuesday February 7, 2006 at 2 PM in the United Church of Phelps with the rev. Shirley Filiatreau officiating. Private burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

Ken was born on August 25, 1937 in Newark NY the son of the late Lester and Florence Covel Burgett. He was retired from Kodak. He was a member of the Plumber and Pipe fitters Union UA Local #13. Ken was a Navy Veteran and was a member of the Seeley B. Parish Phelps American Legion Post #457. He was a very talented craftsmen working with wood.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the House of John 14 Spring Street Clifton Springs, NY 14432.

He is survived by his son Kenneth (Barbara) Burgett Jr. of Austin Texas and his granddaughter Abigail Burgett.
