Robert L. Peck

Clifton Springs- Mr. Robert L. Peck 80, of 338 Fall Brook Circle., died on Tuesday Nov.14, 2006 at the Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic.

There will be no prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held on Saturday(Nov. 18) at 1:30 PM at the Shortsville Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Rose Chan officiating. Burial will be at the convience of the family in Riverview Cemetery.

Flowers are gratefully declined ,Contributions in Mr. Peck’s memory may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Shortsville Book Of Remembrance 59 W. Main Street Shortsville, NY 14548

Mr. Peck was born June 6,1926 in Phelps, the son of the late Charles Sealey and Ina Blanche Howell Peck. He was a member of the Shortsville Presbyterian church, and was a Free & Accepted Mason. He was an avid reader and graduated from Phelps Central School in 1944. A long time employee, he retired from The Continental Can Company in Tonawanda, NY. Mr. Peck loved gardening, especially raising dahlia’s. He enjoyed working with wood, making latch-hook rugs and playing cards with family & friends. He also enjoyed a good ice-cream cone(s).

He is survived by his son: David R.(Jill)Peck of Canton, MI

Daughter: Susan K. McNamara of Kenmore, NY

Granddaughter: Shannon McNamara of Kenmore

Brother: Nathan(Flo) Peck of Phelps

Sisters: Blanche Gifford- Clifton Springs

Gertie Bennett -Phelps

Shirley (Bob) Totman-Red Hook, NY

Many nieces and nephews.

He was Preceded in death by his wife Martha E. Peck and several brothers and sisters.
