Joan "Meme" Morabito Obituary (1937

Geneva, Joan "Meme" Morabito age 88 died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday September 16, 2025. There will be no prior calling hours. Friends are invited to attend a memorial mass on Tuesday September 23, 2025 10am at St. Francis DeSales Church 130 Exchange Street Geneva, NY 14456. Father Thomas Mull will officiate. Private burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Oaks Corners. It is requested that memorial donations be made to UR Hospice 756 Pre-emption Road Geneva, NY 14456. Joan was born on August 7, 1937 in Geneva, NY the daughter of the late Nicholas and Frances Tizzano Tandle. Joan and her husband Salvatore owned and operated Club Domar in Geneva. She was a die hard Red Sox fan. Sunday's were a staple in Joan's house, with everyone getting together to have "Roni's". Most important to Joan was her family. She is survived by her children Mark (Sherry) Morabito of Geneva Michael (Nancy Whyte) Morabito of Waterloo Jeffrey Morabito of Geneva Debbie (David) Williams of Geneva Thomas (Susan) Morabito of Florida Grandchildren Jessica (Kevin) McDonald, Kara (Nicholas) Martin, Matthew Morabito, Joseph (Carly) Morabito, Amanda (Thomas) Cheney, Michael (Allison) Morabito, Erica (Mitchell) Crane, Nicholas Morabito. 11 Great-grandchildren Sisters Susan Russo, Betty Aquino, Joyce Tandle and Frances Duchesne.
